Meet Our Factory Authorized Technicians
I have been an appliance technician for 31 years and have both my Technical Safety BC “C” Gas ticket and HRAI Refrigerant Handling Certificate. I pride myself on listening to my customers’ concerns and working through a problem from start to finish no matter the time it takes. Some Brands I would recommend are Bosch, Miele, Sub Zero/Wolf and Asko.
I have been an appliance technician for 14 years and have both my Gas Fitter and G2 license. Quality customer service is important to me and I believe in integrity and honesty with all repairs. Some Brands I recommend are Bosch, Miele, Subzero/ Wolf.
I began my career as an appliance technician in 2012 back in Edmonton and learned the trade over the course of several years, specializing in dishwasher swap-outs and full suite new construction installs. After honing my skills and taking some time off for education, I spent a year doing renovations full-time which vastly improved my abilities as an installer. Now, rather than having to tell a client to “call somebody” when something isn’t quite right, I am that somebody! I enjoy the creative problem solving that comes with working in existing kitchens; no two are ever the same (especially on the Island, as I quickly found out when I moved my family here in 2019) and yet the job always gets done. Aside from my experience as a renovator, what sets me apart is an eye for detail. There’s something immensely satisfying about getting a panel-ready appliance’s lines to merge seamlessly with the rest of the cabinetry, and I believe it really makes a difference in the final product. I love working with Bosch, Miele, Fisher & Paykel and Subzero appliances because they make that type of fine-tuning a breeze.
I have 15 years of experience and am certified as a red-seal journeyman technician. I believe in providing prompt and reliable service and treating all of my customers with kindness and respect. Some brands that I recommend are Bosch, Thermador, Miele, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Kitchen Aid, Maytag and Whirlpool.
I have been servicing appliances and installing high-end appliances for 17 years. I went to university for appliance servicing and have my gas c ticket and CFC Recovery certification. I have also been certified as a FCI installer for Subzero and am a factory certified installer for Miele. I pride myself in always putting the effort in to repair an appliance on the first visit by diagnosing the issue and ordering parts prior to arriving at my customer’s home. If I do not believe an appliance is worth repair or is unrepairable I will always recommend and advise on suitable replacement options that are the best fit for my customer. Brands I personally recommend are Bosch and Asko for dishwashers, Electrolux for laundry, Fisher Paykel for fridges and Subzero/Wolf for all types of appliances.
I have been doing commercial and residential appliance repairs for 24 years. I pride myself in customer satisfaction and holding my jobs to a high standard. I want to provide the best possible service the first time around. Brands I recommend are Bosch, Miele and Asko.
I Started doing repair work in 2010 as an Automotive Technician in Edmonton, Alberta. I then Enrolled as an apprentice in 2012 and graduated from Nait(Northen Alberta Institute of Technology) in 2017 as a Journeyman Redseal Mechanic. I also worked repairing small engines from 2019 to 2020 at 4 Season Equipment. I Had the opportunity to move to Victoria, BC in July of 2020, and have really enjoyed the experience of living on the island and also the challenge of learning Appliance Repair and Installation with ASAP. I believe I bring a “Happy to Help” attitude with an eye for detail and always do my best to go above and beyond with every install and repair. Some of my favorite brands to work on are Miele, Subzero, Wolf, and Frigidaire.
